The FCA redress scheme means that you do not need to use a third party to make a complaint. If you already made a complaint, you will be automatically opted in the scheme. If you haven't made a claim you will likely receive a letter from the lender. However, we believe that a proactive approach to making a complaint is the still the best way to proceed to ensure your interests are registered.
